Great Cake and Amazing Customer Service!

Such kind people!! I’d placed an order for a cake for my husbands 30th to be delivered, however, it never was delivered as the driver couldn’t locate the house. I rang the bakery and informed the staff about the situation, I learnt that the bakery worked with a third party delivery company (Rodie) which is why they had no idea where the order was at this moment as the tracking link was not updated and the order was untraceable. We were both trying to reach out to Roadie’s customer service however, got no helpful response! The bakery was closing at this point and the kind lady from the bakery (who I believe might be the owner?) rang me back and said she was sending me a bigger cake than what I ordered as it was a birthday cake and didn’t want us to be disappointed on the birthday. It was a beautiful big cake with fresh frosting and filling. The cake definitely was amazing and absolutely tasty! But their service is what made my day, they didn’t leave me hanging in this situation rather surprised with a bigger cake to make up for the inconvenience. Will definitely got back! 😊😊
