Terms and conditions

  1. Creative license: Submitted photos ONLY serve as an inspiration; no two cakes are ever made the same. Colors may slightly vary due to the nature of digital and edible components. RIDB applies artistic license to guarantee the structure, visual and creative integrity of your order.
  2. Changes/ Cancellations: The date of your payment is the last day for any changes in size, style or flavors. Any changes after this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Event cancellations awards store credit to the guest redeemable within 6 months.
  3. Inedible items: If flowers, toppers and other inedible design items are requested on the cake, you acknowledge that it is not a food product and know that they may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants. We do not recommend eating sugar paste flowers and dragees.
  4. Toppers, elements and other desserts: RIDB assumes no liability for the integrity, contamination and safety of its products when elements not provided by the bakery are put on, placed in display along with or combined with other items.
  5. Transportation: You assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the bakery, even when asked for help to carry out the cake. Drive carefully and take slow turns. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after delivery is complete. Provide an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s) at 72 degrees or below.
  6. Photos: We reserve the right to photograph the cakes and use these photos for display or promotions without compensation to you.
  7. Allergens: Our facility processes allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us unaccountable for allergic reactions.
  8. Performance: Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Rolling in Dough to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes, or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
  9. Communication: Please inspect your order upon receiving and communicate with us directly about any concerns. We are able to resolve many issues quickly and efficiently. We continue to grow only through customer feedback and using social media as a primary means of communication is not an effective platform to address potential concerns. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies in situations where we feel libelous statements have been made.
  10. Cake care: Refrigerate cakes, do not freeze fondant, frosting images or flowers. Place at room temperature 1 hour before serving. Freeze cupcakes if serving next day.
