Refund policy

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Creative license: Our decorators will do their best to replicate your design but it ONLY serves as an inspiration; no two cakes are ever made the same. Colors may slightly vary due to the nature of digital and edible components. RIDB applies artistic license to guarantee the structure, visual and creative integrity of your order.
  2. Deposit: Your deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. We must receive the balance 3 days before the event date or the order is null and void; payment will not be refunded.
  3. Changes: The date of your final payment is the last day for any changes in size, style or flavors. Any changes after this cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
  4. Inedible items: If flowers, toppers and other inedible design items are requested on the cake, you acknowledge that it is not a food product and know that they may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants. We do not recommend consuming sugar paste flowers, hard sugar and metallic elements and dragees.
  5. Toppers and elements: RIDB assumes no liability for toppers and elements that are not supplied by the bakery.
  6. Photos: We reserve the right to photograph the cakes and use these photos for display or promotions without compensation to you.
  7. Damages: If any damages occur after acceptance, we cannot guarantee availability or ability to make repairs and/or replacements with/without additional fees.
  8. Allergens: Our facility processes allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us unaccountable for allergic reactions.
  9. Performance: Performance of this agreement is dependent upon the ability of RIDB to complete it and is subject to labor disputes, accidents, Acts of God, and causes beyond our control.
  10. Communication: Please inspect your order upon receiving and communicate with us directly about any concerns. We are able to resolve many issues quickly and efficiently. We continue to grow only through customer feedback and using social media as a primary means of communication is not an effective platform to address potential concerns. We reserve the right to seek legal remedies in situations where we feel libelous statements have been made.

 

  1. Cake care: Refrigerate cakes, do not freeze fondant, frosting images or flowers. Place at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
  2. Subscription: Your order allows us to add you in our email and phone subscriptions. We do not sell your information, unsubscribe to opt out.

Your signature verifies all information above to be correct, approval to produce your order as specified and acknowledgment to the terms and conditions.
