Best carrot cake in town! If I were to eat vegetables it would be in this form. I hate vegetables but I'll eat this one! DUH-LISHUS. This is our carrot cake, filled with cream cheese and topped with Italian meringue buttercream. You lost me at vegetable , but you got me on cream cheese, now I'm hooked on the carrot cake.
